Return Policy

Ready Cabinets units are packaged to arrive installation-ready. If a return becomes necessary, the guidelines below keep the process smooth for you and for our warehouse handlers.

Eligibility for Return

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must remain unused, unassembled, and in their original Ready Cabinets packaging.
  • We may request photos/videos to confirm that all components are still factory sealed.

Non-returnable Items

  • Custom-made cabinets built to bespoke measurements or finishes.
  • Clearance, sample, or sale items marked as final.
  • Products damaged through improper handling, storage, or installation after delivery.

Return Process

  • Send a return request via hello@readycabinets.com or through the support widget in the Ready Cabinets app/website.
  • Once the unit arrives at our warehouse, inspection takes 2–3 working days.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 7 working days (excluding original shipping fees).

Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return freight unless the issue stems from Ready Cabinets.
  • We can share preferred courier contacts or arrange collection at cost.
  • If a Ready Cabinets error is confirmed, we will cover or reimburse the return shipping charge.
