Shipping Policy
Ready Cabinets currently ships nationwide within Nigeria. Our packaging is engineered for safe transport of ready-to-assemble cabinetry, and every shipment is insured until it reaches you or your preferred installer.
Processing Time
- Orders for standard RTA (ready-to-assemble) units between 0 and 10 boxes ship within 3–5 business days once payment is confirmed.
- Custom orders or projects that exceed 10 boxes ship within 7–14 business days so our team can complete fabrication, packing, and QA.
Shipping Methods
- Ready Cabinet Express handles deliveries within Abuja and Lagos for fastest turnaround.
- Outside Abuja and Lagos we partner with GIG Logistics and trusted local freight networks to reach every state in Nigeria.
Delivery Timeframes
- Abuja & Lagos: 24–48 hours after dispatch depending on location and access.
- Other Nigerian cities: 1–7 business days based on proximity to major hubs and the selected freight partner.
Shipping Fees & Rates
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout using box count, weight/volume, and destination.
- Bulk, project, and wholesale clients can request consolidated freight quotes from our logistics desk.
Order Tracking & Support
- Tracking numbers (or dispatch references) are issued immediately after your order leaves our warehouse.
- For status updates, contact Ready Cabinets support with your order number or tracking code.
Damaged Shipments
- Inspect deliveries on arrival. If damage occurs in transit, notify us within 48 hours via hello@readycabinets.com with photos/videos.
- We will coordinate replacement parts or units once the claim is verified with the logistics partner.
