Every Ready Cabinets product is engineered for years of daily use. In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, our one-year warranty keeps you protected and ensures your project stays on track.
Warranty Duration
- Ready Cabinets products include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
- Warranty coverage applies to residential, commercial, and wholesale orders so long as the units are installed according to Ready Cabinets guidelines.
What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship detected during normal use.
- Hardware failures including hinges, sliders, connectors, and leveling feet.
- Structural issues that arise after professional installation or when assembled following our step-by-step guides.
What is Not Covered
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, or misuse.
- Exposure to water, fire, pests, or harsh chemicals.
- Wear and tear on finishes, color variation from natural materials, or issues caused by altering specifications outside Ready Cabinets approval.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- Email hello@readycabinets.com with proof of purchase and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Include a description of how the cabinet was installed and the environment in which it is used.
- Our quality team reviews every claim within 5 working days and coordinates replacement parts, service visits, or full unit replacements where necessary.
